How long does it take for my order to ship?
  • please allow 5-10 business days for your order to ship. Once the order is shipped, you'll receive a FedEx link in order to track the package.
What happens if the artwork was damaged in transit?
  • If your artwork is damaged in transit, please send an email to support@harvestartgallery.com including a picture of the damaged artwork as well as the shipping box. Please submit a picture of the shipping box even if it doesn't look damaged as it is required to place a claim. Once we receive and review we can replace your order ASAP.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Each order is custom-made once you place the order. For this reason we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you submit your order we begin the process of creating it in order to get it to you ASAP. For this reason we are unable to cancel any orders unless you email us within 24 hours after the order was placed.

Artwork & Framing

Is the vinyl record authentic?

Yes, the vinyl record is the authentic album by the artist you choose. We curate recent pressings of your authentic vinyl record so that the disc and album jacket look as pristine as possible.

If you don't have the vinyl record I want, can you get it?

We may be able to! Send an email to support@harvestartgallery with the album title and artist and we'll see if we can get it for you.

What are your frames made out of?

All of our frames are made from natural wood, hand assembled in the USA.

Do you use glass or acrylic on your artwork?

We use UV protective acrylic on all of our art pieces. Although acrylic is more expensive, it allows your piece to be protected as much as possible not only in transit, but in your care as well.

Partnerships

Can I submit photography to be included in your gallery?

Yes, we are always looking for talented photographers to partner with. You can submit your work to support@harvestartgallery.com. Please only include up to 10 images in pdf form. Unfortunately, due to a large amount of inquiries we, may not be able to respond to everyone that submits.

Do you have a trade program?

Yes! We partner with interior designers, hospitality, and events to get the look they're going for. If you'd like to partner with us, send an email to support@harvestartgallery.com.
